General terms and conditions, Privacy Policy

We kindly ask you to read our shopping conditions before purchasing any products. Please only use our service if you agree with all its points and consider it binding on you. The contract is not registered , it is concluded only in electronic form, it cannot be retried later, it does not refer to the code of conduct.

Registration to website
You can purchase any products without registration. We need you information to delivery and to contact you: name, delivery address, invoice address, phone number, email address. When giving your details you have the option to register. If you register, you have a quicker access next time purchasing on the website, you can see your previous purchases and follow your recent ones.

 

Choosing a product
Add products to your cart by pressing the “add to cart” button. This does not mean an obligation to purchase or to automatically record or forward the order. You can see your selected products in the right top corner of the web page under the “my cart” button, here you can finalise your order. You can also remove the products places in the cart, view the total amount of the invoice and shipping cost. At this stage you can also check the correctness of your order, especially regarded to prices and quantities that you can modify as needed.

 

Prices
Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of the order, which can be found next to the products in the web store. These prices are gross, they contain the 20% VAT , but these prices do not include transport costs. The delivery cost can be found during the checkout process before the order is finalised, as well as in the payment and delivery information. If there is an error or defect on the products or prices in the web shop, we reserve the right to correct. In this case, we will inform the buyer of the new data immediately after recognising or modifying the error. The buyer may then confirm the order again or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract. If the customer has a valid EU tax number, the website will also issue a net invoice, but it does not include transport costs.

 

 

Discounts, coupons, gift cards
Coupons provide a discount that can reduce the amount of your purchase. Coupons and gift cards are used by entering the coupon code on the basket page in the coupon field at the time of purchase, then clicking the “Apply Coupon” button will automatically deduct the coupon value from the final amount. Once the order has been finalised, there is no way to set the discount back. coupons, vouchers cannot be converted into cash, partial execution is not possible and unused amount is lost.

 

Ordering
If you consider the quantity of products placed in the basket appropriate, you have checked the total amount and decided to buy them, then simply click to the “Next to your order” button. Then you have the option to choose whether you want to log in as an already registered customer, register as a new customer or buy without registration.

If you have previously purchased from us, simply enter your e-mail address and password provided during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, enter your purchase information that will be stored, thick the “I’m not a robot” box and accept the GTC point, and the next time you make a purchase, you just have to sign in. In case of purchase without registration, enter your name, email address, phone number and shipping address.

In the next step, the web shop will automatically show you how much the postal delivery of products placed in your basket will cost. In our web shop you can pay by cash on delivery and by bank transfer, the necessary information can be found on the website as well as in the notification email received after the order.

If you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the order and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the agreement, please click “Continue to review” to send the order. Processing of the orders
Orders are processed between 09:00 and 17: 00 on working days. You can also place an order outside the date indicated as processing the order. If the customer's order arrives after working hours, it will be processed on the following working day.

 

Confirmation
We send you e-mail feedback on all orders. This means that you will receive an automatic e-mail about the receipt of the order after the order has been placed. If you do not receive confirmation to the email address you specified after sending your order, we recommend that you check the spam folder in your email system.

You can cancel your order by electronic means until the order is completed. When you start fulfilling the order, you will receive an e-mail notification about the fact that the order has been processed, then only in written form you can cancel or modify your order by sending a letter to the info@babawebshop.net e-mail address.

 

Payment conditions
Our store currently offers bank transfer or cash on delivery payment.

 

Invoice
For all purchases, an e-invoice will be issued to our customers, the fact of which will be accepted by the customer by sending the order. If you still require a paper invoice for your purchase, please note it when sending your order.

 

Delivery
The packages will be delivered by the Magyar Posta or to the designated parcel point.
Delivery fee for packages from 0-14.999HUF is 1000HUF.
Free delivery above 15.000HUF.
Packages shall be prepared and delivered within 2 to 5 days. Delivery time of the prams could be 2-3 weeks.

Withdrawal from delivery

 

If the web shop fails to fulfil its contractual obligation, because the goods specified in the contract are not available or are unable to provide the service ordered, the web shop must inform the customer thereof.  The web shop does not sign contracts with minors. The customer declares that he or she is of legal age by accepting the commercial terms.

 

Return of the product
The product is only returned in its original state and in its packaging in a complete quantity and quality state.

 

Right of cancellation
The terms of the termination shall be based on the contract concluded in absentia 45/2014. (II. 26.) regulated by Government Regulation. According to the law, the right of withdrawal takes effect from the date of receiving the products. The customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving of the goods. The right of withdrawal may be exercised without justification. if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw and send an e-mail to the following address: info@babawebshop.net. The burden of proof lies with the consumer, in 45/2014. (II. 26.) govern. regulation 20. § has exercised a specific right of withdrawal and withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the regulation. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you immediately, and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration, including transport costs (except those additional costs that rose because you have chosen a different transportation mode different from ours). The payment is made by bank transfer if the buyer agrees. If we are not authorised to do so, the repayment will be made in the same way as the payment method used by you. You will not be charged any additional costs as a result of the use of the payment method. The refund may be withheld until we have received the product back or you have not confirmed that it has been returned, whichever is the earlier. You are obliged to return or deliver the product to us without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the date of notification of your withdrawal. The deadline is deemed to be met if you send the product before the 14-day deadline. The direct cost of returning the product will be charged to you. You can only be held liable for the depreciation of the product if it is due to use in excess of that necessary to establish its product characteristics, properties and functioning. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if you do not have all the accessories of the product. if the product is discovered at the time of opening in the presence of a courier that there is evidence of damage and that the damage occurred prior to receipt of the goods, we will immediately ensure that the goods are taken back and that the sale is cancelled. Any injury or lack of content during the delivery of the shipment shall be included in the statement of fact between the transferor and the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any lack of content or damage!
